We've compiled a list of answers to common questions.

Clarity Air runs on Windows platforms. Windows 7-11 are supported.  As Clarity Air was developed from the ground up, we are able to run on any modern system without limitations.  Clarity Air is SaaS which means that you only need to install a small client on your PC and our servers do all the grunt work behind the scenes!

We can import from most packages out there; give us a call and we will see what we can do for you!

The Version number is on the status bar at the bottom right of the screen.

We can set you up with either a blank canvas or we are more than happy to setup standard glass products and services for you to get you started.  As Clarity Air lets you add Products, Services, and processes on the fly you do not need weeks of setup to get pricing!

Aztec Glass does not believe in tying people to 12 months+ contracts.  All Aztec Glass products including Clarity Air are on a month-2-month basis.  This includes adding new users for the peak times and reducing for the quieter times.

We are in the office from 8am to 6pm.  Out of hours support is available to suit your needs by arrangement.  Our aim is to keep you productive!

We Bill for the month in hand, so no refunds are needed.  If you are not happy for any reason, then give us a call and we can either resolve the issues you are having or we shut your service down for you.  That simple.
